Exotic! A great descriptor for a stand out coffee. This natural anaerobic lot comes to us from the Bona Zuria district in Sidama. The anaerobic process provides for a longer fermentation that creates elevated complexity. The result is a fruit forward, "syrupy" body that has an extremely well balanced acidity. Given the nature of this unique process, we have taken great care in finding just the right profile to highlight the inherent greatness found within.
