Refund policy
We hope you thoroughly enjoy your entire experience with Vantage Coffee Roasters. But sometimes things happen that need our attention. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your coffee, tea, merch, or equipment, please email us at orders@vantagecoffeeroasters.com with a brief description of the issue along with your order number so we can start the process of making things right.
COFFEE and TEA
Since coffee and tea are perishable items, we cannot accept returns but we can offer a solution! If you received the wrong coffee or tea, experience quality issues, or have any other concerns please email orders@vantagecoffeeroasters.com along with your order number and a brief description of your issue within 14 days of receipt. We will be in touch and get your coffee and tea concerns moving in the right direction.
NOT COFFEE
If for some reason you receive items that are incorrect, damaged, or otherwise defective, we want to make things right. Help us help you. Please email a description of the issue along with your order number and the affected product at orders@vantagecoffeeroasters.com within 14 days of receipt to begin the process. We will get in touch with a solution.
RETURNS
Although we cannot accept returns on used items or gift cards, we can take back items (other than ones of a perishable nature) that for some reason don’t work out for you. Please get in touch with us at orders@vantagecoffeeroasters.com with your order number and the item you would like to return within 30 days of receipt. We will get in contact with you to start the return process. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days. All refunds are exclusive of shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
