Ethiopia Yirgacheffe

This coffee is sourced from the Chelchele washing station in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia.  A great representation of what you might expect in one of the most famed coffee growing regions in the world, this Yirgacheffe has notes of black tea, tangerine, and a balanced acidity.  We roast this coffee for use in a range of brewing methods but it stands out as a pour over or espresso for those who want to fully enjoy the unique attributes found within.
