What kind of discount do I get with the coffee program subscription?

10% discount off every coffee we offer.

Can I change my delivery timeline if needed?

You can change it as often or as seldom as you need. And once you sign up and choose your delivery timeline, you don’t have to think about it again!

Is there any commitment or contract involved? Can I cancel anytime?

You are not locked in! We don’t like being “locked in” so we don’t do that to anyone else either.

How can I update my subscription details such as frequency, address, or coffee subscription type?

Anytime you need to change frequency, address, or coffee subscription type, just make the update on your account. Simple!

How fresh is the coffee I receive through the subscription?

We always roast to order so you can enjoy the best our coffees have to offer.

Can I order larger bag sizes if I have a higher coffee consumption?

Our subscriptions are also available in larger bag sizes to fit your coffee needs.

What is the Roaster's Choice option and how does it work?

If you really don’t want to decide, we can do that for you. Just choose the Roaster’s Choice option when setting things up.
