This excellent coffee from the highlands of Ethiopia's Gera Estate is a great way to change up your day to day routine and enjoy the unique attributes of a natural anaerobic!  The slow, oxygen deprived fermentation process adds depth and complexity to the fruit forward nature of the coffee.  This is a lighter roast you can use with your favorite pour over method or you can try it as espresso with an extended shot time.  Hope you enjoy!
